The packaging process is shown in the figure. The equipment adopts a suction cup vacuum suction and unfolds the paper box, an intermittent conveying mechanism, and a push-in packaging principle to complete the automatic packaging of the product. PLC human-machine interface

Adopting a servo/stepper motor, touch screen, and PLC programmable control system, the human-machine interface displays and operates more clearly and conveniently, with a high degree of automation and humanization.

Support the optional manual folding station (note: the standard machine does not come with this mechanism. If necessary, you can help customers match this manual folding station)

This workstation can automatically complete the folding and loading of instructions, accurately control them, and achieve no missing or multiple loading phenomena.

Paper Box Material Rack Station

Adopting a PLC automatic control system and variable frequency speed regulation, it can achieve various specifications of packaging adjustment within the specified range without the need for replacing spare parts.

Product conveyor belt station

The conveyor belt transports the product to the packaging station. The conveyor belt can achieve various specifications within a certain range, and can also be customized according to the product size.

Pushing station

Insert the product and manual into the paper box, and then the tongue insertion mechanism will complete the tongue insertion. The corresponding institutions will complete the waste removal process later on.

Finished product conveying station

The packaging is completed, the finished product is output, the machine runs stably, and the structural design is firm and durable.

4. This machine is equipped with an intelligent detection device. Without materials, the paper box is automatically placed, making it convenient to work in conjunction with the previous equipment.

5. This machine can be used alone or in conjunction with other equipment to form a complete production line.

6. This machine can change packaging specifications according to different user requirements, and is easy to adjust and debug. It is suitable for large-scale production of a single variety, while also meeting the needs of users for small batch and multi variety production.

7. The device has product counting and operation speed display functions.

8. The box is made of 304 stainless steel. Suitable for CMP requirements, the exterior of the body is wrapped in stainless steel.
